Emilio Cobos Álvarez 7e70967d21 Bug 2054742 - Fix some incremental table layout issues during printing. r=TYLin,layout-reviewers,dshin
Container queries can cause some incremental changes which weren't
correctly accounted for.

Right now we don't allow fragmenting tables for multicol but maybe we
can after these changes.
